The present study was designed to measure the satisfaction of the Mehr Housing Project in Gorgan in terms of social sustainability. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The method of data collection according to the nature of the present study is library and field studies. The population of this study is residents of residential complexes of Mehr Housing, 140 people were selected randomly as a statistical sample. The results of this study, based on the analysis of social sustainability indicators, indicate that the unstable conditions in the city of Gorgan have been affected. The results show that the lowest level of sustainability in the city's seals is regarding security, identity, sense of belonging, and cultural spaces, and the most satisfaction is from the indicators of relative population density, literacy rate and percentage of people with university education. Therefore, in policy making to stabilize social dimensions, it is necessary to pay attention to factors that increase the quality of life in these complexes.
